In our Christ Centered Coach Training we teach many skills that will help you. Here are a few of them briefly, you will learn these and more in depth in our upcoming training:
- Rapport. This sounds so simple and yet it is so easy to lose. In scripture Paul became like the Jew to win the Jew, like the Greek to win the Greek, etc. 1 Corinthians 9:20-22. We never sin to win someone, yet we can become “like” them in order to win them.
- Listen to Understand. To be understood is a desire each and every one of us has. Yet so many of become too busy even for those we love. There are many things that can block your ability to listen to understand.
- Spend Time. How often do you spend time doing what your loved one would like to do? This seems so contrary to bringing someone to the Lord, yet it isn’t. People do not care how much you know until they know how much you care.
- Bless. Do you know how to bless your loved one into their true identity? This is crucial! It’s often hard to call out their true identity when we do not see it, yet you can bless them into becoming who they were meant to become!
