What are you afraid of?2 min read

Has fear ever kept you bound? Paralyzed you from making the choices in relationships that you know you need to make? Has it kept you from following through out of fear of rejection?

God has told us that fear does not come from Him. In fact, He does the opposite, He gives you power to overcome. He gives you love so you can operate from a place of security. And He gives you a sound mind so that you can be stable and grounded, knowing that you are safe and secure.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7

So often when bad things happen people blame God. They question and say things like “why God?” Our God is a good God. When bad things happen, we can turn to Him and let His power guide and direct our paths so that we can heal and move forward into the successful life He has for us.

As our trust in Him grows we can be content during the times when we don’t have all the answers. The most wonderful place to be is in the presence of the Lord where His peace passes all understanding.

I am so grateful to be in His presence during this challenging time in my life. A time where I don’t have all the answers. My house burned down May 11th, 2022, and I have a lot of unknowns right now. I am busier than ever with unending tasks and phone calls to make, but because of the wonderful habits established in my life in regards to my spiritual life and my relationship with the Lord, I have been able to stay grounded, to get up and have my quiet time with the Lord and to calm myself with His Holy Spirit and His Word.

I am going to be teaching the series Living a Fearless Life beginning June 2nd at 10am PST. I will help you develop these same habits and this wonderful relationship with the Lord, so that you too can have a sound mind and a happy life!

I hope to see you live online. If you cannot make it live, you will have access to all the classes.
